Depression, Suicidal ideation, Self harming…You're NOT ALONE!
For many years I tried to understand why I suffered and suffered so personally. I am, now assured that it was not for naught. Hi, my name is Keshawna and I have a story to tell. I struggled with depression, suicidal ideations, low self-esteem and even participated in self-harming. For over twelve years (12), I kept the majority a secret, seeing that the persons I confided in, either showed no interest or just had no idea how best to help me. I was left to handle the problems myself. Though it took some time, I am now able to shout it from the mountain top, I AM FINALLY FREE. I believe If I had one person who was brave enough to tell me their own story and how they made it through their destructive time, I'm 100% certain I would have beaten depressions' butt years ago. My goal is to tell my truth in hopes of helping even one person overcome depression, suicidal ideations, self-hatred and self-harming.
